God brought the band together as a result of Carol entering the studio to record a small independent CD. Everything clicked together so well...Carol asked the individual musicians if they would consider playing in his band as permanent members. Everyone was in agreement and "Purpose" was born.
Shannon Chiles - Shannon plays keyboard. He has been playing with Carol off and on for the past 3 years. Shannon lives in Seneca, SC.
Caleb Collier - Caleb plays drums. Caleb is currently a student at Clemson University.
Jesse Biondi - Jesse plays lead guitar and Cello. Jesse has extensive experience playing in bands around the area including "Knights of Dei." Jesse just graduated Erskine College with a degree in Church Music.
Nathan McKelvey - Nate plays the bass. Nate is the young one in the group. He also plays trombone, which he has won national competitions with.
